Below you’ll find our terms and conditions, freight policies, and accepted methods of payment that have been designed with our customers in mind. By placing an order or otherwise using our website, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions. Payment Methods Accepted
Temgot Batteries accepts Paypal. Additionally, we can process orders with a prepaid check or wire transfer.


Shipping Charges
We’ve partnered with FedEx/UPS to offer free ground shipping on any order that is delivered to the continental U.S. We ask for a direct signature on orders with FedEx/UPS ground to ensure your product has safely reached your final destination.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is Unavailable, and shipping quotes can be provided upon request.
International shipments are available via a China-based freight forwarder, but all additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, including duties, taxes, freight, and any potential warranty return.


Freight Shipment Terms
In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page. For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Vatrer are estimates. For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.
Freight deliveries must have a valid phone number. Customers must specify if they need liftgate delivery in order to remove the product from the truck. Additional rates apply for extra services beyond general freight delivery.
This is including but is not limited to:

  • residential delivery
  • fragile handling (glass items or solar panels)
  • bulk or whole truck delivery
  • inside delivery (or beyond initial drop point for residences)
  • any other additional methods that may change or alter the bill of lading beyond the usual delivery method.

    Sales Tax Policy
    STATE AND LOCAL SALES TAXES
    In accordance with applicable state and local laws, we are required to charge sales tax in localities where Temgot Batteries has operations. Temgot Batteries does not benefit from the collection of sales tax and we remit all taxes collected directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction.
    As a general rule, it is the laws of the state of delivery that determine whether sales tax will be due on your transaction.
    Taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.
    The terms contained herein are subject to change as the taxation of online transactions is continually evolving. Temgot Batteries strives to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently and continues to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change.


    STATES WHERE TEMGOT BATTERIES, INC COLLECTS SALES TAXES
    Orders shipped to non-tax exempt states will have all applicable state and local sales tax added to your total order.


    JURISDICTIONS WHERE TEMGOT BATTERIES DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAXES
    Temgot Batteries does not collect sales or use tax in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year, reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed, and to pay the tax on those purchases.
    You may have a tax obligation in states where Temgot Batteries does not collect sales tax. Details of how to report these taxes may be found at the websites of your respective taxing jurisdictions.


    Limited Warranty
    Our Limited Warranty applies to all products sold and shipped within the countries. In the unlikely event you are having an issue with one of our batteries, your Temgot Battery has a 5-year manufacturer’s defect warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover negligence or misuse of the battery. If it is deemed that the battery was used improperly, you will be subject to a $150  ($200 in Canada) an hour repair charge plus parts and shipping.
    We also provide warranty support for third party products that we re-sell (inverters, converters, chargers, etc.).


    This is the Limited Warranty for your Temgot Battery:
    LIMITED WARRANTY ON TEMGOT LiFePO4 DEEP CYCLE BATTERIES
    THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. THE LIMITED WARRANTY CAN ALSO BE FOUND IN THE DOCUMENTATION WE PROVIDE WITH THE PRODUCT. WE WARRANT THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
    WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
    OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS DESCRIBED BELOW IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.


    WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
    This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of LiFePO4 deep cycle batteries (the “product”) for the Warranty Period as defined below.


    WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
    This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control. We will not pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement product to you whether we elect to repair or replace the defective product; you are responsible for shipping and handling.


    WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE?
    This limited warranty starts on the date your purchase is shipped to you, and lasts for 3 years (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.


    WHAT ARE YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
    With respect to any defective product during the first eight years of the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (a) repair or replace such product (or the defective part) free of charge or (b) refund the purchase price of such product.
    With respect to any defective product during the last two years of the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (a) repair or replace such product (or the defective part) free of charge or (b) provide a new product discount of thirty percent (30%) of the price listed at the time your Item Number is issued should you choose to replace the irreparable product. You will have thirty (30) days from the date we notify you that the product is irreparable to use your discount to purchase a replacement product. We will pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired product to you; you will pay customary shipping charges if the product is irreparable and replaced at a discount.


    HOW DO YOU OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?
    To obtain warranty service, you must call +86 18520826708, or email our Customer Service Department at Brand@temgot.com, or submit your request at https://www.temgot.com/returns/ during the Warranty Period to obtain a item number. No warranty service will be provided without an item number.
    Due to the hazardous nature of the products, you must make any return shipment in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, you may purchase the required packaging from us. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment and request proof of delivery in case it is lost during transit.

    All returns must include:

    (1) a copy of your original receipt for the purchase,

    (2) a letter from you referencing the RMA number with a description of the problem,

    (3) your contact information including phone number and shipping address. Send your returned product to: Temgot, ATTN: 1226 North King St. #210 Wilmington DE 19801.

    You are responsible for all the cost of return shipping and handling, and any related claims that may arise.


    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.


    Returns
    Free replacement: Customers may reject a package due to significantly shipping damage (functionally affecting using) or contact customer service for missing and critically-damaged parts or other quality-related issues. Our customer service team will help to arrange the replacement.
    For us to better understand the problem and solve it effectively, photos and / or videos are REQUIRED as evidence.
    *Definition of critically-damaged items: the main structure of the product is obviously deformed and affects its normal functions in any form. 


    Note: the following situations will be seen as normal and will not apply to the free replacement or refund policy:

    • A) Minor damage to the outer packaging.
    • B) Minor scratches or paint loss on the product.
    • C) Damage to parts or wearing parts after excessive use.
    • D) Damage to parts or wearing parts after using for a certain while or a certain number of times.

      For non-quality issues, customer may ask for product replacement or return within 15 days after received it. A 10% processing fee will be applied but we can prevent it for the customer if a replacement order is received. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150 ($200 in Canada). Temgot will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. The customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.
      To be eligible for a replacement or return, the Temgot battery must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. The mileage on the LCD screen must be less than 10 miles.


      Please notice: if a customer decided to arrange the return shipment by himself and the request has been confirmed by Temgot’s customer service team, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safety of the shipping and the success of the return. The customer must choose the signature confirmation service for the shipment, and we highly recommend adding additional shipping insurance for the return package. Temgot will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or other accident to the shipment arranged by the customer.

      Refund

      Once our warehouse has received the returned product(s) and checked to confirm it meets our return condition, we will deduct any applicable fee and send the remaining refund according to the customer's original payment method.

      Customers are encouraged to check with their credit card company and/or bank if the refund has not been posted on the account after two days it has been issued. Delays may occur due to the different fund transfer procedures in different financial institutions. Please contact us at Brand@temgot.com if the customer has not received the refund after ten business days.

       

      How to Properly Recycle and Dispose of your Temgot Battery

      Here at Temgot, our goal is to provide our customers with long-lasting green energy that will support them for years on all their adventures. That is why we not only build batteries that can keep up with you for a long time but also provide industry-leading customer support to help you get the most out of your batteries. When the time does come and your batteries have reached the end of their life, it is important to recycle them responsibly.

      Here are a few suggestions:

      • Make sure all loads are removed from your system before removing batteries. Once the batteries are removed cover the terminals using electrical tape. Now can be a good time to inspect any cable runs or lugs.
      • Be sure to call ahead of time to confirm that the drop-off location is still accepting materials.
      • Give us a call if you are having any trouble finding a drop-off location and we can help you find one.

      Security
      Temgot Batteries values your privacy and will keep all information confidential. We will never sell or use your information for any other purpose than to deliver your order.


      Disclaimer
      Our products comply with most regulations and codes. To ensure that your equipment complies with your state or local laws, review them before purchasing. Temgot Batteries is not responsible for return shipping or any costs incurred due to any local regulations.

       

      GOVERNING LAW

      When completing your purchase, a billing statement including 'temgot.com' and the country code such as 'HK', 'Ireland', etc. would be displayed on the payment page and/or your card statement.

      All purchases will be processed by our respective entity in the corresponding country as indicated by the country code in the billing statement and are governed by the Local Law.
