Warranty Coverage
This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers defects or damage caused by materials, workmanship, or performance issues, provided the product is used and maintained under normal conditions.
If an issue arises during the warranty period, we will provide a repair or replacement solution. The replacement product will be compatible with the original product and have the same or higher rated power.

Monthly Depreciation Calculation: Original Purchase Price ÷ Total Warranty Months (e.g., 1 year = 12 months).
Returns Due to Personal Reasons

Note: The product must be returned with its original packaging, including the box, product, accessories, and manuals; the buyer is responsible for any loss caused by missing items.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 2 hours of submission.
If the order has already been shipped or picked up, the buyer must contact the logistics company directly to refuse the package.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
- Improper Charging or Usage: Use of incompatible chargers, improper charging configurations, or excessive or insufficient voltage or current.
- External Damage: Damage caused by misuse, extreme temperatures, water ingress, short circuits, or other external factors.
- Unauthorized Disassembly or Modification: Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
- Improper Storage: Excessive discharge caused by long-term storage without charging. We recommend charging the battery at least once every 3 months.
- Loose Terminals: Loose or improperly secured terminals that cause overheating or other damage.
- Improper Installation: Improper installation, such as reversing the positive and negative terminals or connecting incompatible equipment.
Non-Warranty Situations
- Normal wear and tear.
- Product loss or theft.
- Damage caused by force majeure, including fire, flood, earthquake, extreme weather, or similar events.
- Electrical damage caused by power surges or abnormal voltage or current.
- Damage resulting from failure to install, use, or maintain the product according to the user manual.
Additional Notes: Please contact TEMGO Customer Service before returning a product and use the return label we provide. TEMGO is not responsible for products lost when returned without the provided label. All returned products must be inspected by our technical team before refunds or replacements are processed.
